The historic flood in the last hundred years in Dagestan and Chechnya in 2026:I submitted my report with all calculations about the dams state in Dagestan with my mandatory resuests to strengthen these dams in a next 15 years to Russian government in Moscow, government in Dagestan, Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring in Russia (Росгидрометцентр),

and the second one airbaltic trip2 (I took the return flight to Netherlands on 19th of March, and declined the flight to Russia on 24th of March, because according to my calculations the natural disaster must happen within 10 days from 24th of March)
As you can see I bought two roundtrip flights one inside another (which depicts a cyclone), and declined one flight from each of these two roudtrips to Russia, to let you know that you have to stop all flights to Dagistan, to evacuate people from Dagistan ASAP!!!

but he obviously failed with two main points and red flags of my 20 years old report: 1. importance of water drainage in this region

My comment from 24th of April: I was revieving the weather in Dagestan, Chechnya and Ingushetiya online as ordinary user (with no any calculations and making any forecasts). You can do the same and double check yourself. As you can see - there is no any sign or proof of the third wave of the flood predicted by meteorologists. Which actually in turn prooves again that my calculations and prediction of the end of this flood was exceptionally correct (btw as well as my prediction of the start date of this flood)!
What I don't understand is why official media sources trying to smooth this fault from meteorologists about the third wave, and trying to put it like "...The third wave of devastating flooding in Dagestan did not occur on the scale that authorities feared...". What the point to lie to people and victims that the third wave is partially has happened. Obviously it is not true.
People see the truth and really understand that you lying to them: the affected regions experienced flooding caused by extremely heavy rainfall in the early period leading up to April 10, which I predicted very accurately. After 10th of April, there were only radical improvements in the situation, with normal precipitation and melting of snow and ice in the mountains.
What the point of trying to smooth the incorrect weather forecast, trying to recover and make an impression that your weather forecast is partially
correct on a newspaper in a situation after this weather forecast is already failed and where it will be 100% a bullshit about the third wave of this flood was partially there, having a 100% proof that it's not at all? You already got a complete failure with predicting this disaster in advance and taking responsibility of let people to know about this disaster is coming before it has happened?

I have to indicate to IT departments of the weather prediction services who made these official forecasts: I'm scared about HOW FAR YOU ARE from reality in predicting the weather! My final prediction prooven by reality - it is so precise and accurate! But you in turn: you didn't let people to know about it at all, and on 5th of April you making another prediction NOT FOR A MONTH AHEAD BUT ONLY FOR JUST 5 DAYS IN A FUTURE (already having my forecast in internet and on paper): you warning people about third wave of flood STARTING from 11th of April which is 100% contradicts with 10th of April I predicted as the date when all rainfalls will stop and radical improvements of weather will take place.
It's not a situations where two weather forecasts (yours and mine) are close to each other, or about the same, or at least have an overlap, NO these are two COMPLETELY OPPOSITE to each other (like day and night)! And even after reasonable time period since 11th of April till 24th of April (for a duration of two weeks) there are no any EVEN MINOR proof or any signs that you right in your forecast you made for 11th of April (like your forecast you made for 5 days in a future is complete bullshit for two weeks since 11th of April)
You have unlimited computational power, a lot of money, it's your job in the end. What are you doing??? This is your major MISPREDICTION! Improve your results ASAP (you know perfectly that prediction of natural disaster has nothing to do with regular day/night temperature for next 3 days or a week people periodically check on internet weather services or see on TV screen).
If you get inside such a natural disaster: you must know that people will expect accurate results from you and relying on you! Their life and decision what to do in a next hour depends on you, while you sitting in your office, but they are floating and dying in their homes trying to catch any piece of information.
You must focus and give this accurate result to them, it's your job! These historic natural disasters are not happening every day! They not happening every year! You had plenty of time to prepare very well and get anything you may ever need!

In May 2025, Liudmila Arkhipova is stealing more money from me using Dutch LBIO office: She filed complain to LBIO that I made a balance in 2025
of money I already paid in 2021 to her account in Russian Tax office with ex-spouse maintenance I have to pay to her in 2025.
Liudmila Arkhipova asked me in 2021 to pay her tax debt in Russian tax office, and told me that she will settle it in a future. She didn't return these money to me, even
when me and my lawer ask her to return these money as soon as possible. I sent her the official letter that I settled it myself because she didn't return my money back
(she stolen these money I pad for her in Russian tax office, and didn't keep her promise to settle it). I settlet the amount I paid for Liudmila in Russian tax office as
ex-partner maintenance I had to pay to her in 2025.
In May 2025 I get a call from LBIO Netherlands (Government organiztion which regulates the alimony and partnet maintenance in Netherlands) and was told that Liudmila Arkhipova
filed complain against me in LBIO that I do not pay alimony in 2025 to her bank account. Obviously she decided to steal the money I paid for her to Russian tax office in 2021
with no settlement, and filed complain to LBIO that I didn't pay alimony.
I briefly explained to LBIO the situation and reasons for my settlement of money I paid to Liudmila (please find a letter), and received following response from LBIO on 7-06-2025:
LBIO-51205120301-2025-06-02.pdf which says that I must pay partned maintenance to Liudmila within 14 days, and to provide the proof of money transfer to Liudmila's account.
I disagree with this decision from LBIO, I provided to LBIO the proof of money transfer to Liudmila's account in Russian tax office with all details.
As you can see according to official response from Russian Tax Office - I can't get money back from this Liudmila's account in Russian tax office, because acocrding to Russian Law
only the account owner can withdraw money from own account, but Liudmila doesn't return these money and these money are effectivelly stolen
LBIO also states that they need decision from a court to settle these money as alimony, which is against the law - I have right to do not go to court, and make a settlement myself
based on the official proof of money transfers to Liudmila's account and provide this proof to LBIO.
In addition I must also mention that this response from LBIO is also forwarded to U.S. FBI agency and Russian national security agency for further legal procurement initiated since 2005,
as an evidence which confirms another time, that LBIO hides information from law enforcement agencies about the fact of theft, tax evasion, and prosecution of criminals like Liudmila Arkhipova and others.
Unfortunatelly the materials and the results of investigations of mentioned national security agencies above are still classified and cannot be disclosed (even is a court), but it is not the reason to let criminals
to continue stealing money from me.
In November 2024, my lawyer Alexey Shutenko reported that the city court refused to accept evidence of family expenses
that I managed to collect when filing an appeal to the city court of St. Petersburg (this evidence was
requested by the Primorsky District Court of First Instance).
Despite the fact that Lyudmila stole all the evidence at the time when she lived alone with the children
in my house in the Netherlands during the divorce, I managed to re-obtain some of this evidence, arrange notarized translations
and provide Alexey Shutenko with it for filing an appeal to the city court. I also took out a loan and still arranged a full notarized translation of bank
statements from foreign languages for filing to the court (since the court unlawfully insisted on this), but it has not yet been filed with the court.
I suspect that Alexey Shutenko, for some unknown reason, did not submit these documents to the city court when filing an appeal,
since a written refusal to accept this evidence by the city court was not provided. Alexey Shutenko also did not submit this evidence
to the cassation court as part of the appeal.
I came to the UAP office on November 14, 2024 and demanded that all the collected documents and evidence related to this lawsuit
be urgently submitted to the cassation court as an addition to the appeal already filed with the cassation court.
I called Alexey Shutenko on Friday, November 17, 2024, he still believed that this evidence did not need to be submitted to the court, I demanded
to urgently form an addition to the appeal with all the documents and submit it to the cassation court.
During the hearings in the Primorsky District Court, I also provided Alexey Shutenko with notarized translations of evidence of family expenses that
I managed to collect, but for reasons unknown to me, he did not submit this evidence to the judge during the court hearings.
